My former career as an IT professional has given me a wealth of life experiences in managing and helping people. During this time I have kept myself in prime condition and always strive to push my fitness levels to the next extreme. I currently run half marathons for fun as well as 10k training runs and several workout sessions throughout the week! As the “senior” member of the team I’m proof that age is no barrier to fitness!
