Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to check out the site and showing your interest in my profile.
I’ve always been involved with sports and fitness related clubs whilst growing up. From the age of 16 I’ve coached and managed a wide variety of sports teams and athletes.
Since becoming a Qualified Sports Scientist in 2009 I have worked with, set up and managed sports teams in the Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire area.
In 2012 began my first national project. Starting up, managing and later developing Health & Wellness centres for the elderly. The project involved extensive networking with Abbeyfield Society, local NHS, private hospital and medical services. Provided and maintained exercise program sessions and fitness facilities for people in later life. Designed class based and 1 to 1 sessions adapted to their abilities to improve their strength and mobility in the later life.
In January 2016 I started a new project role with the local county council. Assisting with their fitness facilities. At the same time founded Batch Body Fitness to provide enjoyable and fun sessions accommodating potential fitness levels for all age groups.
